Do I Need to Be Present for Delivery?
No. As long as you’ve provided clear placement instructions and the area is accessible, we can deliver the dumpster trailer without you being present.
Will the Dumpster Trailer Damage My Driveway?
Our trailers are equipped with protective measures to help minimize surface damage. However, we recommend placing plywood or protective boards under the trailer when placed on decorative concrete, pavers, or other delicate surfaces.
How Much Notice Do I Need to Schedule a Rental?
We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability. However, same-day and next-day delivery may be available depending on our schedule.
How do I schedule pickup?
Simply call, text, or email us when you’re finished. We’ll arrange pickup at a convenient time.
How Full Can I Load the Dumpster?
Debris must remain level with the top rail of the trailer. Materials cannot extend above the sides, as overloaded dumpsters are unsafe to transport.
What Happens if I Exceed the Weight Limit?
Additional disposal fees may apply if the dumpster exceeds the included weight allowance. We’ll explain all weight limits and pricing before your rental begins.
Can I Move the Dumpster After It’s Delivered?
No. Once delivered, the dumpster should remain in place. If relocation is needed, please contact us and we’ll assist.
